We were the only people in the hotel - it was very nice but slightly spooky and I am not sure that anyone else was on the premises that evening. Having said that the two receptionists that we met were very helpful and friendly. Relaxed breakfast outside the following morning AND the junior suite room was FANTASTIC, the kittens in the car park sweet. A slightly surreal experience though. Also a good stop en route to Tuscany via the Mont Blanc tunnel.
It was absolutely boiling hot - a swim would have been great and a hotel with the word resort in its title needs a swimming pool! - I understand that they are going to build one next year. We found a public swimming pool a mile or so down the road - thank goodness.

The excellent service and attention of the staff.
The approach to the hotel is a bit off-putting. It is located next to a chemical complex and a railway. Significant efforts have been made to screen the hotel from its neighbors and once you are in the hotel you are in a different world. Whatever your doubts, the hospitality of the owner will put you at your ease

We love staying at this place every year on our drive from the UK to Greece. The restaurant is incredible, serving the best food we've ever had. The rooms are nicely restored, in an old building with a touch of class. The parking is good and the room and bathroom are nice. The location is very quiet, providing complete silence in the room. The staff are very friendly and the check-in/out process is simple and fast. this hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Loved the amazing food at the restaurant! It was truly a memorable experience that I would go back for. The nicely restored old building added a touch of class to the stay. , the parking was convenient and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Plus, the staff were friendly and check-in/out process was smooth.
It was a bit off the beaten track and not easily accessible without a car. Another downside was that the breakfast options were fairly basic, considering how fantastic the restaurant was.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was bright and clean. The location was convenient and the continental breakfast provided was extensive. Additionally, the parking was secure and free.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Beautiful country side escape with a fantastic restaurant. Likes: During our journey back home we found this oasis in the midst of rural Italy. the restored farm estate was a charming surprise and the staff were welcoming. the restaurant was a highlight with Michelin-starred cuisine made with fresh and local ingredients. It's definitely worth staying at this location for the restaurant alone. the spacious rooms were very comfortable and cosy.
Limited breakfast offering. Dislikes: the breakfast offered was not as advertised in the brochure and lacked variety.
